At Pantheon Realty, we're an ambitious bunch. We've decades of experience in international property investing between us. As international real-estate agents, we've been making land acquisitions for many years.

But that was never going to be enough for us. We wanted a more challenging mission. We wanted to change the industry model.

We came together as Pantheon Realty in 2011 with a burning desire to innovate in the conservative world of land and property acquisitions. We wanted to open up real value to the ordinary investor.

This is a great time for overseas property investment. As pensions and stocks and shares continue to nosedive, and half the world battles the most severe recession since the 1930s, investing in strategic locations worldwide becomes ever more shrewd.

Locations such as Egypt, Turkey and Brazil have barely been touched by the economic downturn. These are booming, market-oriented economies with growing privatisation and plenty of foreign investment. Brazil, in particular, is seeing 5%+ annual growth boosted by the remarkable coup of landing both the football World Cup and the Olympic Games. Infrastructure is improving and investment is pouring in.

Investing in property overseas has never made such sense. With growth in some of our locations of 20% or more, the chance to rent out property and the prospect of free holidays, land and property investment overseas just about pays for itself.

This is the vision and our experts work tirelessly to make it a reality. We do so by following strict criteria - sticking to undervalued markets and paying close attention to detail when selecting a site.

Most of the land we buy and sell already has planning consent, so we don't apply for further planning on your behalf. We don't engage in collective-investment schemes, either. This gives you flexibility and autonomy with your asset.
